This beta server release continues Valve's efforts to combat the recent problems with the speed exploit.
All you need to do is download the appropriate file(s) and replace your old one(s). It's always a good idea to back-up your old file(s) first. Clients using 1.1.0.4 should not have any problems connecting to your server.
